Do you not love to bathe in your sense of accomplishment when adding the final strokes of a pencil to what you might call one of your best drawings so far?

I find that the wings are rather flimsy. No worry; I have initiated a second drawing. I'm not so good with wings yet.

This is the recently finished version of the dragon.
Later I will do a digital clean up with the full-sized image.

As you can plainly see, the image is cropped. This is a mistake on my part; the drawing started out as a sketch in which I drew her head in the centre of the paper, but turned out too good for a scrap.
